Meet Ann

Pull quote: “I work with my clients to find that "needle in the haystack.” Tapping my in-depth market knowledge, understanding of different cultures, and passion for delivering on their wants as far as services, amenities, or rental opportunities are concerned—to uncover that one perfect home, or condo, that offers everything they’re looking for.”

Having grown up in a petroleum industry family, Ann moved around frequently throughout her childhood. From Louisiana to Texas, Calgary, Alberta, Wyoming, and Montana, even international stints in Brazil and Mexico, she’s lived in or visited many Latin American and European countries, destinations, and resorts. Her worldly upbringing and extensive travels give her an unmatched understanding of many different cultures from around the world. She credits this with helping her find similarities or comparisons as she assists her many first or second-home owners in searching for their ideal Aspen Snowmass or Roaring Fork Valley property.

Before joining Slifer, Smith & Frampton, Ann worked in sales, marketing, and hospitality for over 30 years with Vail and Aspen Skiing Companies, specifically catering to international clientele with an emphasis on Mexican and Latin American travelers. She also spent many years in the Destination Club business catering to high-end clientele and servicing their club wants and needs. She is bilingual in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese and enjoys catering to international clients seeking a second home in the Aspen Snowmass area. She also specializes in condominium and home rentals which is an added advantage to her clients who can eventually become buyers.

Known for going “above and beyond” for her clients, she’s applauded for her determination, hard work, honesty, and ability to connect with others. When she isn’t working, “Annie” as many friends/clients know her, spends her free time with her husband Matt, son Asher, cat Goldie, and her corgi Josey enjoying all the Valley has to offer—from skiing and camping to hiking or paddleboarding.

Why do you love the communities where you live and work?

I have lived here for over 27 years and watched the valley ebb and flow in many positive ways. We have a vibrant fun and engaging community throughout the Roaring Fork Valley that enjoys a variety of outdoor, art, music, education, and cultural experiences. I am grateful for the gifts that this valley offers and want to share our little piece of the world with others who want the same dream. And learning never ends!

What is a local cause that's important to you? Why?

The Hope Center is a local nonprofit that provides mental health services including crisis intervention, suicide prevention, therapy, a confidential 24/7 hotline, a robust school-based program, and more to those in our community who need access to mental health services. I believe in their cause because living in the Valley can come with life challenges at times. The Hope Center is awesome in providing help and counseling for any type of situation to those who need it.

What is your favorite spot in Colorado?

There’s no place I’d rather be than camping with friends at Grizzly Reservoir!

Describe your market in three words: Adventurous. Diverse. International.
